All our chocolates are made by hand using only Belgian chocolate and the finest in fruit and nut purees. The filling piped into the molded chocolates are a softer cream center and the truffles (rolled) are a firmer cream center. We have a very wide assortment of flavours done in dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate. We use NO wax or artificial fillers in our chocolates.
